# Licensing

Certain features in SpatialExplorer require a valid license to run. SpatialExplorer features additional advanced post processing modules such as LiDARSnap (LiDAR calibration), CameraSnap (camera calibration), and Automated Classification. You can read the breakdown for all plugins/grants associated with each license [here](/spatialexplorer-8-and-9/installation/licensing.md).

To access the SE Licensing utility, navigate to **Tools -> Licensing -> SpatialExplorer**

Activate a license key by pasting in the key and clicking **Activate License**:

To return a license back to the server, so that the license can be checked out on another computer, select the license under **Local Licenses** and click **Return License**. &#x20;

## How to view company licenses

To view licenses that are within your company, first login at [accounts.phoenixlidar.com](https://accounts.phoenixlidar.com). From the dashboard, click on the 'View Details' button under 'My Subscriptions' and you will see a list of all subscriptions.

The license keys for use in SpatialExplorer will have a red '<mark style="color:red;">SE</mark>' next to them in the 'License keys' column. These can be copied and pasted into the Licensing window in SpatialExplorer as shown at the top of this page.
