TeamViewer is a proprietary computer software package for remote control and desktop sharing. Phoenix LiDAR Systems offers a TeamViewer Quicksupport module, which you can download from our homepage, to provide customer support. Additionally, we recommend installing the full version of Teamviewer 11 with the password "aeriallidar" (no quotes) for remote access to facilitate the support process in the field.
