# Volume

Volumes can be computed for a geometry. First, specify the cloudgroup and polygon geometry. Then, specify the grid stride used to create the TIN mesh:

Cut and fill volumes will be saved as fields of the geometry. The TIN mesh used to compute the volume will be saved as a new geometry:
